The MSD 150 Cycling Tour Committee is hosting a three-day, 150-mile road cycling tour in honor of MSD's Sesquicentennial Anniversary. The event will be from Wednesday, June 20 through Friday, June 22, 2018. Cyclists will pedal 50 miles per day, which will begin and end at MSD. The committee will host fundraisers; proceeds will go to the Maryland School for the Deaf Alumni Association (MSDAA) Gift Fund, in which a scholarship for college or financial support for a work training program will be awarded to MSD students.
1st Day: White Ferry
2nd Day: North & South Frederick County
3rd Day: Three Covered Bridges
Each route will include fully-stocked rest areas every 12-15 miles. Cyclists will have time to rest, hydrate, have snacks and lunch, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen, check-in with a mechanic, and enjoy volunteers at these oases. If you wish to end your route at any of the designated rest areas, you will be picked up and brought back to MSD.
* Routes are subject-to-change.
Registration is now closed for the MSD 150 Cycling Tour.
